THE TRUE GOSPEL
The Gospel is the god story of Jesus Christ and the Apostles. God's nature is revealed through Christ. God is one person and alone the creator. Christ as God's Son has a special relationship with his Father. Because of this Jesus did reveal truth in its fullness. This truth is the basis of the Christian religion. If we accept this religion, then we come under the lordship or rule of Christ. Within this creed we are expected to have faith. We agree to obey the Commandments, lessor laws, and rules of this religion. In exchange we receive everlasting life and perhaps a better lifestyle now. In the future Messianic Age we will live again in new bodies that are not of flesh. In that Age the world will live under a new type of government headed by Christ. He will be the King or in a more modern sense a governor over a federation of all nations.
The theme of the Gospel is the Kingdom of God or Kingdom of Heaven. What is now is in heaven as a government will come to earth after Christ puts down all rule and authority. Many of the problems the world has had and even more serious ones predicted will be solved by Christ's rule. Peace, prosperity, and spiritual understanding will come to the peoples of the earth.
Therefore repent of sin and be baptized in the name of Jesus. Believe in his holy truths, not just in him as an historic person who was a preacher. But understand Christ rose from the dead and now lives in heaven until the time his Father sends him back here. This will be in a time where no flesh can live unless there is divine intervention.
Within this faith we become a part of an extended family of believers connected to the divine. In an adoptive sense we become sons and daughters of God. The other members are our brothers and sisters. A loving concern for our kin should always be present and it is even commanded by our Lord. You shall receive the Holy Spirit. This is the essence of God that proceeds from him and it will be binded to your human spirit. This strengthens one against sin and turns you against injustice. This marks you as one of his people.
It cannot be denied that Christ was an historical person. He died, he sacrificed himself for all who would believe. He was brought back back to life by his Father, forevermore. You should believe this is true by the sacrifices of those first Christians who saw with their own eyes that the miraculous events of his life happened. Many of them also gave up their lives. They were the witnesses. We are the hopeful workers for a better tomorrow. We pray for the Lord to return, Amen!

The Word is Logos in Greek and is what?
Many believe the Word of the Gospel of John always means the person of Christ. It does not say in the beginning was Christ. Webster defines Logos here as the divine wisdom with which God created the universe. Christ was the earthly manifestation of that. I define it as the creative plan of God. The great translator Tyndale called the Word an "it" here in these first verses. This teaching has been overlooked by the traditionalists.
The Underlining Theme of Revelation
When we read the Book of Revelation, we notice its obvious theme is desire for conquest, followed by war, lack of food, and disease epidemics. As in Rev.9:15, a third of the human race could be killed in that future time. This event is connected to the Euphrates River which runs through Iraq. Our nation faces off Iran over different issues. Is this the time of fulfillment? But yet freewill enters in. The world's leaders can decide to wage war or commit to peace. But what of God? Will he allow evil men to destroy the earth? I say no, but other events are also horrible. Notice in Rev.8:8, a blazing moutain fails into the sea. And in 8:10 it speaks of the star Wormwood. This is a comet and is radioactive. And what could cause a worldwide earthquake but a comet impact. Christ speaks of a great earthquake. Rev.16:17. What can we do to protect ourselves from these events? Living in isolated areas would help. Storing food, water, and fuel should help. Having metal or tile roofs on our homes could protect against firely objects. Realize these things can happen now.
